The Challenge
A 200-store national retail chain was sending identical promotional emails to its entire database with 1.2% open rates. No segmentation, no lifecycle logic, and no integration between POS, e-commerce, and CRM layers prevented any personalisation.
Our Solution
LOYA unified their POS and e-commerce event streams into HubSpot and Klaviyo, built RFM-based customer segments, and deployed 18 automated journey workflows spanning first-purchase onboarding, loyalty progression, and win-back. WhatsApp API was added for high-value customer alerts.
