The Challenge
A conglomerate running 4 e-commerce brands had customer data scattered across separate Shopify stores, a legacy ERP, a support ticketing system, and 3 marketing platforms. They could not answer basic questions like total customer LTV or cross-brand purchase behaviour.

LOYA implemented Segment as the CDP spine with real-time identity resolution across all 7 data sources, unifying 5M+ customer profiles. Unified profiles feed BigQuery where dbt models power a real-time analytics dashboard and audience exports to all marketing activation channels.
