Designed and deployed an omnichannel engagement hub orchestrating WhatsApp, email, push, and in-app messages with real-time personalisation for a super-app.
The Challenge
GoPulsa's 8M+ users were receiving disjointed, channel-specific messages with no coordinated orchestration. Push, email, and WhatsApp campaigns ran on separate tools, creating duplicated sends, conflicting messages, and zero frequency capping.
Our Solution
LOYA designed and deployed Braze as the orchestration layer, integrating Twilio for WhatsApp/SMS and Firebase for push. A real-time event taxonomy was defined across all app touchpoints, enabling contextual trigger-based messaging, cross-channel journey logic, and A/B testing at scale.
