Built a real-time integration layer connecting Salesforce CRM with SAP ERP and a custom data warehouse for a manufacturing conglomerate in Java.

The Challenge

A manufacturing conglomerate with 5,000+ B2B customers managed orders, contracts, and support tickets in completely separate systems — SAP, Salesforce, and a legacy data warehouse — with no real-time sync. Sales reps had no visibility into supply chain status.

Our Solution

LOYA built a MuleSoft-based integration platform with event-driven Kafka streams connecting 15 enterprise systems in real-time. Bi-directional Salesforce ↔ SAP sync keeps order, inventory, and contract data consistent, while a unified data warehouse feeds executive dashboards with live business intelligence.
